Putting an extra link in under EZ Page side menu?

I have a side menu for my EZ pages, with four items on it. Three of those four items take viewers to an EZ page with information on it about eBook Readers.

I want to put a 'download now' text link right underneath the EZ page menu item, available on every page.

Is there a way to do this? A place to hand-code it in perhaps?
