How to make like this ?

I am a newly to zen cart. I want to make a page which will come at the last of middle area contents.
for example please see - c a n a d a d r u g so n l i n e.c o m
where the visa, master card images and some contents is coming at the last of middle area contents in each page of the site. i just want to make same like this.
How do i make this ?
