What is the maximum weight Zen cart will calculate shipping?
I am shipping several heavier items (325 lbs), and when added to my cart I receive the following error message:
"We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown."
Is there a way to calculate shipping for heavy products? What is the maximum weight we can ship? FYI, our lighter products do not display this error message.
