can find location to change the prefilled words

I know this sounds stupid. Help.. I cant find the location to change the prefilled in words.

I know that i can change the complete page by deleting this.. index.php?main_page=gv_faq and just insert my own html.. I like the layout of this and I would just change the words.

Here is my site..
