everything is ok... except that my customers can't download the free gift because after paid, the download link is not there...

I test the free product and if I purchase just the free products, files to download are there...

so the problem is with the observer... or the autoloader

I'm not sure why that would happen, you are using the dangling carrot mod, right? In the future please post in the support threads, you will be more likely to get help there. I am active with the dangling carrot mod and have been working on getting the bugs ironed out. I will have a look and perhaps the mod's author will have an idea about what is going on, too.

that link is just giving a 404 error, not found. What is the mod you are using called?
