not dirceted to paypal page: Your order is being processed. Please wait
Hi,
I use Zen Cart 1.3.8a. From the past few days, some of my customers are facing a problem during check out. They are shown the message - 'Your order is being processed. Please wait for some time.' But the page gets stuck there and is not directed to Paypal. But a few other customers are able to check out successfully. This is happening only from the last three days, and I have not made any change to my settings. I have tried ordering from the website, it is successful for me. There is no similarity that I could find in the customers who are unable to order - they are from different countries. Please help!
