Going on Holiday - best way to close down store?

Hello, Am going away for 2 weeks :clap: and would like to leave my store up but with a message on order page to the effect that dispatch will be delayed.

Is this possible or has anyone any better ideas :smile:

Put your store in Maintenance mode and adjust the wording to say closed for staff holiday until (date).

OR

Put store in Showcase mode where it will not take orders but still be viewable and put message on homepage about holiday period.

An alternative method is to set the Store Status to Showcase and add some appropriate text to the site to say on holiday ...

This lets the spiders still do their thing and allows customers to peek around at what would be good to buy later ... :smile:
