PayPal Express Checkout keeps returning to Step 2 after confirmation
I see that it has been almost a month since the last post on this topic. Has anyone figured this out, RE: the PayPal loop thing?
I've been watching here and anywhere else I can think of with no luck. My store isn't live yet, so it's not a big problem with me, but I would like to get started soon. This is holding everything else back.
