Comments Section on Shipping and Payment pages!

Hi:

I have a quick simple question!

How can I turn off the comments box at the bottom of shipping and payment pages?

I am sure that it can be done via the admin, I really do not want to mess with code on the pages.

No, it can't be done from admin - you'll need to edit the files for those pages.
