Zen-Cart is not transferring customer info into paypal..help please

paypal asked me to contact zen cart on an issue but there are no phone numbers?
My problem using the paypal ipn is that when the payment arrives in paypal, and I click on the print shipping label, there is no address or customer information pulling up.
My old website had all the information I needed to ship and also let me know if it was okay to ship..customer verified, address verified etc.....

I was told to ask zencart to pull my logs and see if it's transfering the information. Can you help?
