Icon.gif and Logo.gif

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8.
When I overwrite the icon.gif and the logo.gif in includes/languages/english/images/ it comes back to the old images.
Is there another place that it is looking at for these two images?

When I overwrite the icon.gif and the logo.gif in includes/languages/english/images/ it comes back to the old images.
There should only be one image where you referenced - - icon.gif - - and this is a country flag image

No actually it is still doing it. I just turned off the part on the web site that shows the icon or logo.
I still can't get it too show the right icon.
I deleted the icon and when I put mine in the folder it comes back as the English flag, the original one.
