Also purchased module not working?

Hi, I created a new zen cart store, so I'm using the newest version of zen cart, but the "also purchased module" does not seem to work, my settings in admin/configuratioon/product info and maximum values are ok., and I never had this problem in my old store where the also purchased module worked perfectly fine from the begining. Coud anyone can help me with a bit of info about this? Thank you!!:smile:

And purchases have been made on Orders with multiple products?

Does it work if you switch to the Classic Template? If so, this is something in your template stopping this from working ...

Number of products to display in the 'This Customer Also Purchased' box

I have the "also purchased products" module installed on my site. This was installed some time ago and I am using 1.3.7. I want to add addional item but I cannot locate the original module or the instructions. Can you tell me how I can download the module again please?

I found that this is a part of zencart and not an addon module. Is there a way to add items to a product? I guess that answer is to add a cross-sell module but then do I stop the "also purchased products" by setting the max items to "0"?
