VCSWEB Aust Post Shipping Module - suddenly stopped today

Hi All,

As you can see my my title and post numbering I am extremely new to Zen-cart and and IT novice.

Hopefully I have posted this in the right section.

My website https://www.mammabellahkids.com.au uses the VCSWEB Australia Post shipping module and since this morning it has stopped working.

I get the following error when a client tries to select postage calculated by weight and size...

ERROR:Unable to obtain a valid quote from the Australia Post Server.
You may still checkout using this method and we will contact you with postage costs as soon as possible.

My site manager is away and I am unable to get in touch with her and I have absolutely no idea how to fix this or what the problem is?

If there is anyone that can help that would be great...does this mean that the VCSWEB server is down, is it a problem with my module only?

I had the same experience today that has completely stopped checkout at the shipping calculation step. Another post here also details the same experience.

I logged into 'Australia Post' and surprisingly the calculator there does not work either.

I have concluded for the time being that the problem exists there and will continually re-check for an indication that they have fixed it. I see no other alternative at this point as I have confirmed all my settings are enabled, etc.

I hope I am right as it is extremely frustrating.

would anyone know of an other shipping module that has states and weights.
