Suddenly Taxes are not being charged???

My store has been up for a while and things are fine. The store is based in Arizona and so I have set up my zones accordingly. For months this has worked perfectly fine, charging tax when needed. All of a sudden today someone IN Arizona placed and paid for an order and tax was not calculated and for the life of me I can't figure out why. I tried making the same purchase, and tax WAS charged...so I'm baffled. Where would I even go in what records or file to try and figure out why they weren't charged?????

Has anything changed at all, new mods, change in the zones, new upload was the site transferred, what version are you using.

And how did the customer place the order was it any different from the way you did?
