Payflow Pro Url Change and Payment Notifications

In reference to the Paypal changes that need to be made as in this thread:-

We noticed that since changing the two files mentioned, we no longer receive payment notifications. We have another site which we have not altered the urls yet, and notifications are going through as before. We are in the UK, and I checked everything was fine in the files. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else.

I suggest the following, just to rule out whether the URL change is the real issue:
Change the same files, using your editor just like you did before, but put the old URL back in, and see what happens when you do another transaction.
