Bank Deposit module for version 1.3.8?

I am really needing a Bank Deposit module for my website. I am using version 1.3.8 and the bank deposit module available isn't compatible with my version. I know as I have tried it. Can someone add a verrsion of this module for version 1.3.8 please? or could you point me in the right direction to find it if it already has been done please? At the moment the only payment option on my website is Paypal. My website is going to be "opening" on the 1st September.

Have just added the cheque/money order option but still would like to add a bank deposit option too.

you can try payment module "Direct Bank Transfer", it is applicable to 1.3.8a version.

I am just wondering if someone could help me. I have had the direct bank deposit mosule installed into my zencart. I need to customise it for New Zealand bank deposits. I have changed the title of the money order/cheque module until I can get this sorted. I know there was a question in this forum awhile ago about this same subject but I can't remember where I saw it. Can someone help me out with this please?

How do I customise the direct bank deposit for New Zealand? Have checked the similar posts below but have not found what I need to know there. Thnaks Kim for your help too.

I am not needing help with this now as I have it sorted now (I hope!!). I had a try of sorting it myself and I think I have it working ok. :clap:

I have loaded the Direct Bank Deposit module for V1.3.8a but the payment option does not appear in the customers Payment Method - Step 2 page options. Credit Card and Cheque payment options do appear.
Any advice?

Check in your Zen Cart Admin for the Modules ... Payments ... do you have a Zone set on the Direct Bank Deposit?

If so, is the Zone properly defined?

If you remove the Zone for testing ... does it work?

The Zone is defined and removing it had no impact. The option just does not display. Also tried error debugging but the log shows no activity so it considers its the behavior as OK.

Did you use the Debug Tool in the Free Software Add Ons just to see if it catches anything?

I just installed it and I am not having a problem seeing either one ...

Try going to the Modules ... Payments ...

Check if you have setup Sort Order on 1 or more Payment modules ... if you have, make sure you have set unique Sort Orders on ALL Payment modules ... or you could be causing an error where the auto loading of the modules are overwriting one another in the array for displaying the modules ...

If that is not the case ... next, save your settings for each one to NotePad as they will be lost ... then do a REMOVE and INSTALL on each one ... and reconfigure ...
