noob help please

Hi guys,

please excuse my noobness I just started building my website and I am kind of confused.

Right now, I am having trouble with editing my home page. It says I should go to includes/languages/english/ and I went through my program files, found zen cart and I selected header.php. I edited it to the way I want it. Is this correct so far? I need to know

Now I have to upload that onto the website, but I am not sure how I do that.............

FTP is the normal way
