Copy ZC to new server, but with fresh database?

I've read all the tutorials etc. on moving your Zen Cart to another server, but I'm actually just wanting to set up what I have now (including all the customizations, add-ons etc.) on another website, with a new database for sales on THAT website.

So, my original ZC will go on operating on its current server, but the new setup will be, for all intents and purposes, a new cart.

It took me weeks of very fine tweaking (including paying to have custom work done) to get my cart absolutely perfect for my needs, and I'd like to replicate it on another website without the time or expense setting it up from scratch.

If I'd like a new fresh database for this new cart, is this just a matter of replacing all of the folders/files (except the configure files) via FTP?

If you've followed the template/override system correctly, you should be able to install Zen Cart on the new server, copy over your custom folders and select your custom template from the pull down menu in admin>tools>template selection. If you need the data from the original install, you should be able to backup and restore using phpMyAdmin from your webmaster panel.
