Can price be changed after Customer Uploads an Image?

Hey,

This is what I need.

Example:

Customer sees a standard wooden photo plaque for $45.00. The
plaques all have various images on them. They decide to order
a customized one with thier own digital photo.

I need to make an attribute so the customer can have the choice to upload their own Image for a customized wooden photo plaque.

If they choose to do so, then I need the price to change from $45.00 to $65.00 after uploading.

Can this be done?

Or would it be better to just make a special categorie for custom
showing them a blank plaque, then adding an upload attribute with $65.00 as the price?

If the second option is best- Can I make it so the upload attribute
MUST be done?

Either way please explain how to do this.

I did something similar for my site with a custom image. I set up an attribute and added a fixed cost for a custom image. It seems to work out well by doing things this way.

We will typically get the custom image over email from the client, but they could easily upload it as well.
