Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I have had a problem with getting a blank page when i checkout using a credit card. We have installed the beanstream module and paypal, when choosing paypal as an option, there are no blank pages....

when a customer choses to use a credit card, the page at the final check out goes blank. I have installed the debugging log, but frankly, the report looks greek to me..

Beanstream claims the error is in Zencart, I have been trying to fix this and i dont know what to look for, or what steps to take. Please can someone assist me in helping me fix this..??

if so , follow the instruction on how to use it .. and where to look for the debug log file . ( catch folder ) .

yes its installed and i triggered the error again, just not sure where to find the file...

Open the latest /cache/myDEBUG-xxxxxxx.log file

all thats in the cache folder is what i uploaded previously...:dontgetit
