Adding samples to a product

Hi fellow Zenners,
I have a simple question that I've scoured the message boards and internet for an answer but I can't find it. I'm working on creating an online fabric store, currently being tested at fabricsthatgo.com/store

People can choose a fabric, enter their desired yardage, but I need to add a button where they can order a fabric sample. All the fabrics will have a flat $2.50 fabric sample cost and no shipping cost, so if they go through the site and order 3 samples, they will only pay $7.50. Any suggestions?

Thank you all very much,
Eric M.

Re: Adding samples to a product

What shipping method(s) are you using on your site?

If you ship by weight, you could put the weight on the Attributes instead of the Product and then use 0 weight on the sample attribute ...

Re: Adding samples to a product

Thanks Ajeh I'll look into that. I wasn't planning on shipping by weight but if that is the only way I just may have to...
