Customizing the price area

Not sure if I have the title correct...but here's what I would like to do:

I have the price on the far side of the pages which is how I want them, however, when searching for a specific item (example: Cool Water) the items that I have in the tester sub-catagories are showing up with a add box and the other catagories are not. I would like to have ALL of my products to show up with the box to add to cart when someone searches for an item.
What would I change?

This is what I think I need to change so all products will show a box to add as many to the shopping cart they want:

Display Product Price/Add to Cart
Please make any necessary changes

Display Product Price/Add to Cart
Do you want to display the Product Price/Add to Cart

WHAT COUNT DO I NEED TO HAVE THIS SET AT?? Right now its set at 3. Do I need to change this??

PLEASE HELP!!
