index page listing

Hi,
Currently I have 2 rows and 3 products across on the front page. What I would like to have is 2 rows and 2 products across. What do I need to change??

Admin > Configuration > Product Listing >
Product Listing - Columns Per Row > set to 2

Configuration > Maximum Values >
Products Listing- Number Per Page > set to 4

If this doesn't work, post a link to your site, as some templates hard-code things that should be settable in admin.

I changed both but nothing changed

I found it - It was under maximum values and categories to list per row

So you were looking at a category listing page, not a product listing page.
