No buttons to Send Mail to Customers

I recently upgraded to v. 1.3.8a, and now I have no option buttons (Preview or Cancel) on my Admin's Send Mail to Customers page (using Classic template). I am still receiving email updates about orders and new customers, but I am unable to send mail. Any help or suggestions?
