How to set the layout of sub-categories ??

Please help, I want to have 5 major categories, and with about 7 sub-categories in each major category.

Is there any way to reach this function: when the mouse was put on the major categories, the sub-categories turn up at the left side. e.g. http://www.dhgate.com/

I haven't used this, but try it in your test site to see if it does what you want:
