I'm new at Zen Cart so please bear with me. I have a client who is running a repair service. Customers order an analysis from the shopping cart and ship a broke item to him, after he has analyzed the item, he needs to give them the option to pay for the repairs or pay the return shipping. I'd like for him to be able to supply the cost of the repair and the cost of return shipping from the orders admin screen after he has analyzed the item and then the customer would need to be able to see the options from the order details page and select one. Does anyone have anything like this already?
