product date added

why can I not eliminate date added/product weight/model #.... I have set the "new listing" "index listing" in the configuration tab of the admin to Zero..... but the info is still showing up in the cart. Is there something I am missing or another way I can fix this??

This is an ADULT product website-18 and older only

That stuff is set in Admin - Catalog - Product Types - Edit Layout
