No credit card select box on checkout

Using Zencart 1.3.8a

The credit card selection box no longer works when I put the new paypal payflow module installed

As you can see the credit cards are active but there is no way to select the type of card you want to use

rendered HTML looks like this

Have you tested your checkout?

It may be that selecting a card is unecessary with the updated module. Each credit card has a unique starting digit (5 for Visa, 4 for Mastercard, etc.), so the card number itself is enough.
