More Inforamation Page 2 - Change Page Name

Page 2 is not very descriptive. Is there an easy way, or even a hard way, to change the name of Page 2 to something else?

I did change the definitions for the NAVBAR_TITLE and HEADING_TITLE in the page_2.php file but that didn't change the name in the More Information box.

Also, what does the TEXT_INFORMATION definition do? It says "Page 2 information goes here", but what kind of information?
