Result code: 225: The certificate chain did not validate, no local certificate found"

Using 1.3.8.a, and have applied the updates and the updated module. I am still getting the same error message:

"Result code: 225: The certificate chain did not validate, no local certificate found"

-despite this. Is there any other change that needs to be made?
