How can I log a customer out if they go to another site?

The query is as follows:
When a user logs in and without logging out, opens another website on the same windows.
Later he clicks on back button. Still he is logged in.

How do we prevent it.

It is a serious issue.

Is this happening with all users or some. If just some are there browsers setup to accept cookies.

If is some have them check that.

Does this happen to you?
