How can I change the way the orders look?

I do not want to click on every order just to see what they ordered.

Can I change the look of the page to show item ordered at the end column?

I want it to look like this:

ID. Payment Shipping,Customers, Order Total,Date Purchased, Status, Customer
Comments , Action AND ITEM ORDERED..

IS THIS POSSIBLE?
