How do I remove infomation boxes from homepage?

Hi had a template designed but the developer was less than cooperative and have spent the last eight hours trying to get his template working 100%.

I would like to remove the "Current Best Sellers" and "Monthly Specials for September" in the middle/bottom of the page. Searching google I found a post that says this can be done in the admin but doesn't say where or how. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link to the site.

Thank you for the very quick reply. I spent an over an hour looking for this setting. This is my first Zen Cart site, and I'm glad there is a great community for it.
