it looks like were having the same problem , me looking for a solution aswell,
we could race each other and see who solves it first? ;)
All my prices show with taxes as they are suppose too as long as a customer haven't logged in.
As soon as customer logs in all taxes disappear. i think its something about the zones(?), so am trying a couple of different setups to see if something happens.
...
Taxes is marked to be shown all time (and too be calculated according to the zone my store is in) I only sell within Sweden, and there is only one tax-zone here.

I have the same problem.
I've installed the dual pricing and the Wholesale addons.
As long as you don't login you see the prices incl. the tax. When you login (doesn't matter what level of wholesale) the tax is gone. The invoice shows 0% and $ 0,00.
Can someone please help?

I posted this question on the Dutch ZenCart forum too and member "Eentje" gave me the next tips:
In admin-->configuration-->my store: country: Netherlands
In admin-->configuration-->my store: basis of product tax, shipping
In admin-->configuration-->my store: display price with tax, true
In my case was the second option wrong, I had: Store. When I changed it to "shipping" everything was fine.
I hope this works for the both of you too.
