How many levels deep of categories can there be?

I've been looking around the forum and FAQ, and can't find the answer to my question. Sorry if it has been answered.

I'd like to have categories within categories within categories for my products. How many levels deep of categories does ZC allow?

As many levels as you want (and more levels than any reasonable site should have :).

Just remember to balance organization with ease of customer access - the more levels, the more clicks it takes for a customer to get to an actual product.
