New York sales tax on clothing - need to apply tax based on per-item price
Hi,
Has anyone solved the problem of how to charge sales tax on clothing items in New York. As of recently, the new law states that NYC will now charge sales tax on clothing items only if the price per-item or -pair is over $110. On clothing items under $110, there will be no tax charged.
I've seen a couple of useful posts, but I need a little help getting started as to where to modify Zen Cart so it will do this. (I have basic PHP/mySQL skills)
Surely someone has coded in this fix...
