Sale or Auth Only option

I need the option that will allow the majority of my customers to process there payment as a PayPal "Sale" (60%). I also need the option to PayPal "Auth OnlY" for those customer that I need to manual review the sale and modify the total amount if needed (40%).

Zen Cart lets you set your PayPal module to use "Sale" for all transactions, or "Auth Only" for all transactions.

If you want to write rules for guessing which approach should be applied to a certain select few customers, you'll have to write custom code to define those rules and to cause the module to switch types accordingly.

[SIZE="6"] Zen Cart 1.3.8a ; Database Patch Level: 1.3.8... Dr follow up - in my situation, the 40% "Auth " option would be triggeered by 1 or 2 special character symbols used nowhere else, This simple 5 or 6 lines of code would enable me to offer the my US military veterans a special device for there medals/ribbons.
