How do you add customer reviews manually?

Hi, I'm a newbie here with limited knowledge:unsure:of zencart!! Does anyone know how you can manually add the customer comments and feedback recieved via email? I know the customer can add these by logging in to their account online but have rec'd some fantastic emails and would like to add these to the reviews section manually???

You could get the Master Password add on if you want to add a review as an existing customer ...
