Fatal Error on admin

I have tried to enter the admin section typing
http://www.kgsid.com/webstore/admin - this is where the admin has been installed. The login.php has been executed with following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home/content/k/g/s/kgsid/html/webstore/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 61

what is the problem

I have looked everywhere in PHP documentation and MySQL documentation. Obviously this is a bug. So I need to find a way to fix it.

Yes. It's a bug. Specifically a bug caused typically by you using an old version of Zen Cart with a new version of PHP for which that old version of Zen Cart was not designed.
