Importin products from a OsCommerce webshop?

Is it possible to import products from a OsCommerce webshop?

Its from a osCommerce 2.2-MS2 to a Zen-Cart 1.3.8

Ok, I have found this app: Oscommerce data importer, but I cant figure out if its possible to only add some products with it? Maybe its easyer to do it manualy?
