Changing the Signup Form and Other Colors

My Store is:
http://djdesignsite.com/cart/

I have been trying and searching for a few hours and I can't seem to find where in the stylesheet you change the greenbar under the top menu and the footer background image. I also want to know where I can change the input section headings to another color since they are in black on the login and checkout page.

Thank You For All You Help in Advance

You can create a different image for this or remove the image reference altogether and use background-color
There are several places in the sheet where the image "tile_back.gif"
is referenced this is one

#navMainWrapper, #navSuppWrapper, #navCatTabsWrapper {
	margin: 0em;
	background-color: #000;
	background-image: url(../images/tile_back.gif);
	padding: 0.5em 0.2em;
	font-weight: bold;
	color: #999;
	height: 1%;
	}

thats currently what I have

Yes and I stated you can create another image to replace this green one or???

Sorry If I wasn't clear but what I wanted to do was keep the green image, there is just this other small light green bar under it (I'm in Mozilla) and I'm also trying to change the color of the registration form headers

You can try adding what is in red

#navMainWrapper, #navSuppWrapper, #navCatTabsWrapper {
	margin: 0em;
	background-color: #000;
	background-image: url(../images/tile_back.gif);
        background-repeat: repeat-x;
	padding: 0.5em 0.2em;
	font-weight: bold;
	color: #999;
	height: 1%;
	}

worked perfectly, and I figured out my other problem (it was under the legend CSS style)
