Quote Shipping

Is there anyway to offer only store pickup and a way to quote on shipping? We would like our customers either to pick up their products in store, or send them a quote on shipping. The quote has to be worked out when the order is received (payment by invoice)?

Any ideas?

You could customize the Flat Rate flat shipping module and change the Language to read:
You will be contacted for Shipping Charges
