Receive PayPal payments but no order emails nor records in admin

Hi,

Every now and then we receive PayPal payments but there is no order email nor record in the admin. We get very frustrated as we still can't solve the problem until today. Why does it keep happening? Please help. Thanks.

I advise you to reinstall a clean version of zencart, and then transfer the database.
I had the same problem time ago, then I had reinstall a clean zencart with few mods (the essentials) and now it goes perfectly.
Now I don't see only the order of paypal via email, but I see the orders in admin panel.

So trust me, do a clean installation of current version of zencart and solve the problem.
