Product Download errors: could not be saved because the source file could not be read

Enable Downloads -> true
Download by Redirect -> true
Download by streaming -> false

Download folder has correct permissions.
and also the same pub as I've tried streaming with download by true!

try changing the file name without the space after part

b4WcI_aQ.rar.part 1

I think it should be

b4WcI_aQ.rar.part1
