the page had been shown like this

ERROR: admin/includes/configure.php file not found. Suggest running zc_install/index.php?

i had created the configure.php under admin/includes directory
how do i fix it out?

Check the file permission. Is it set to 444 and the directories have permission 755? If not, apache cannot access the file and returns an error.

the permission is correct but it seems no work
still appear this error
