Admin - repeated log in?

At the moment, whenever I log into the back end of my zen cart the normal screen loads. I then click any of the options on the back end and it then asks me to log in again. This'll continue as long as I try

Any ideas what has happened?

I've been installing mods, everything worked fine until I installed ez populate (free version). Right after installation everything was fine, but when I uploaded an ezpopulate file into the temp directory the above problem started.

I had downloaded all my zen cart files previously as a safe guard, so I then think right back up (not sure if this was how a back up should be done) but I deleted all the zen cart files from the server - yes I didn't need to delete them all but I didn't fancy messing around! - then uploaded the files that I'd downloaded to my pc.

Everything back, ez populate gone, but I have the same problem, when ever I try to do anything in the back end it prompts me to log in and then takes me back to the admin index.

I'm very much new to this, so hopefully this is a simple one, and not me learning the hard way!

Could be me something to do with .htacess thingies that my server is using? that's the only difference I see that could be causing my problem

One thing to try is to first delete any cookies from your browser, and if that does not help, empty the sessions table in your Zen Cart Database.

Clearing the cookies sorted it, hopefully I won't need to do it too often, only seems like it occurs when I use easy populate so its not a prob.
