I haven't been on the admin page for one of my clients for a while. I just went to try and put the new ticket prices in and the admin page is now gone. I get the page not found message. Help. Any clue on where it disappeared to?:cry:

When you FTP to the site, is the admin folder there?

You'd use your FTP program (if you don't have one, Filezilla is good) to connect to the files on the remote site and look for a folder named 'admin'.

I checked another of my sites and there is a folder called admin under store. It appears that the admin folder is gone from the site that isn't showing the admin page. Where should I go from here? Am I going to lose all the information that I have in this current store? Do I have to put in a whole new store? Where would the folder go?

If you have all the rest of the files there, you could try uploading the 'admin' folder from the Zencart zip file. It would go in the root (top directory) of your Zencart site.

or you could just upload your admin folder from one of your backups. You do have backups of your clients sites, right?

I'm not that big of an idiot not to have a backup. I got it up and running thank you for your help.
