Re: inserting into an existing site

Depends. If you want to add Zencart in a subdirectory like yoursite.com/zencart with a link on the main site to the store, yes.

Depending on the design and complexity of your site, though, it might be better to do the whole thing with Zencart. Let's see a link to your site, and we can give you an idea as to how difficult it would be.

Re: inserting into an existing site

thanks for the reply
I am a photographer and started a site using dream weaver to build a stock agency. After building it I realized it would be better to have a e-commerce part to my site so i came across zen cart and tried to install it into my site with no luck.
my website is https://www.pictureperfectstock.com and the link to galleries is where i would like to add zen cart. So the rest of the site is fine, its the galleries I would like to take off and add zen cart.
thanks again for your reply and help I do appreciate it

sincerely

Re: inserting into an existing site

Search the Free Software Add Ons (above) for 'gallery' to see some options with Zencart. I haven't used any of them. Also search the forums for 'gallery' for other's experiences. I've seen some pretty nice Zencart photography sites.
