Home page and white line

I made my index.html page a separate page from zen cart. Now whenever categories are clicked on it opens my website in a whole new browser window. I would like to get rid of the new page and just have the home page be the actual store first page of zen cart. Can you tell me how to get it back how it was originally?

How can I get rid of the white line down the right hand side of the page?

I would like the entire store and header to be wider than they currently are. I know how to get the header and the bar right under it larger but the store portion does not widen along with it. How can I get the entire page to widen and not just the top?

To get rid of it just delete the index.html Your webserver will load index.php instead which is the homepage of your zencart.
If you want to have an extra start page, you can move your shop to a folder called /shop and than it works perfectly as well.
However, dont forget to change you configuration files!

Can you tell me about the white line and page width?

I don't see the white line.

The width is set in the stylesheet in #mainWrapper. Yours is currently 826px.
