Simply will not install

We are trying to install the lastest version of Zencart. It keeps crashing the server and says cant run or install. Windows then closes the window. Any advice please

How and where are you trying to install? What server setup do you have?

Wamp 2.0i uses PHP 5.3.0, which Zen Cart v1.3.8a and older are not compatible with.

You'll need to use Wamp 2.0h or older until the next version of Zen Cart is released.

Ok managed to find the older version of wamp so now we got 2.0h, Still nothing happens we now get database dont exist

You have to create a database, and a user with suitable permissions. Read the documentation how to create a database to install Zencart. Its already well documented.
